The Psych of Lifting Weights And Doing It
You’re a nerd and I completely understand. There’s
nothing wrong with being a nerd except for the horrific stereotypes…right? No! Wrong! Being a Nerd isn't a bad
thing, it’s the appearance which has been stereotyped.
Think about it, no one
wants to be slowed down by someone who believes 1 + 1 = 11. Today, Right now, I’m going to talk to you nerd style
and psych you into lifting weights because it will get you SOME (if you Catch
My Drift) and most importantly, it will make you Manly. Why? Cause we are ‘psych-os’.
First off, what’s in it for you? Well if you
ever want to turn from nerd to intelligent irresistibly suave caveman, walk
with your head up and demand respect as well as boast self-confidence, you need
to get some love puppies onto those hands and chest. This is it, your one true
chance to turn everything around and build some kick ass confidence with just
an investment of 40 minutes a day. Scratch that, 30 minutes a day
Lifting weights goes beyond just impacting your
physicality, it affects your psych. It’s sort of like a mental masturbation.
You put in the hard work and the satisfaction makes it all worth it….Wait, what
am I talking about? Oh yeah, the
psychology behind lifting weights.
Lifting weights for a man creates this feeling of
control, power, dominance that a MANLY man needs to exhume in order for him to
grow as an individual. It’s the motion of using your body strength to create an
action which stimulates a sense of strength psychologically. I’m really starting to feel like I’m not talking about lifting
weights anymore.
What happens to a man who loses control of his
surrounding? He loses control of himself.
His body starts acting out, he becomes erratic. Unable to hold a conversation,
struggles to keep eye contact, walls start crumbling in – In short, he’s on a one stop ride to Shit-ville and he’s the Mayor……Trust
me when I say, You don’t want to be
the Mayor!
Just to Sum it Up for you, This is why You Should
Lift Weights:
- It’s going to get you some Female action…eventually.
- You’re going to be able to wear the T-shirt, not the other way around.
- Subconsciously you’ll start feeling secure about yourself.
- The weights become a representation of your issues, the more you carry, the stronger you mentally and physically become.
- You’ll be fit…that’s all there is to this particular point.
- It will grant you mystical seductive powers….okay maybe I’m over selling this.
Let’s get one thing out of the way, is it going to
be boring? Yes it will be! However, boring is good, boring creates Results.
It’s more of a bitter sweet situation, deal with the bitter part and you’ll be
flashing some sweet muscle in no time.
The ultimate goal is to create an
impression of strength, both for yourself and others. If you look the part,
it’s just a matter of time before you act the part. Make a dog look like a cat
and you got yourself a hybrid, not entirely sure what it would be but it’s
gonna kick some ass, I can guarantee you that much.
